Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VoxTrans handles information for AI-powered browser-to-phone voice interpretation and live translation.

Last updated: May 30, 2026

1. Introduction

VoxTrans ("VoxTrans," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered browser-to-phone voice interpretation and live translation service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use our website, calling tools, account features, and related services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, login credentials, account settings, balance, subscription or payment status, and communications with us.

When you use calling and translation features, we may collect target phone numbers, browser microphone audio, call status, call duration, call metadata, speech recognition text, transcripts, translated text, language settings, and call-related support information.

We may also collect technical and usage information, including browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, feature usage, timestamps, network quality, error logs, and similar diagnostic information.

3. Calls, Audio, and Translation Data

VoxTrans processes audio and call data to connect calls, capture browser microphone input, recognize speech, generate live interpretation, display transcripts, create translated text, troubleshoot issues, and provide call history where available.

AI-generated transcripts and translations may contain errors. Do not use VoxTrans as the only source of truth for medical, legal, financial, emergency, safety, or other high-impact communications.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve VoxTrans; connect browser-to-phone calls; generate speech recognition and translation output; process account actions and payments; provide customer support; prevent abuse; troubleshoot errors; and communicate service updates.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to analyze performance, improve reliability, improve user experience, and understand how our service is used.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, understand feature usage, and improve the reliability of the website. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some service features may not work properly without them.

6. Payments and Account Records

If you purchase balance, credits, subscriptions, or paid services, payment-related information may be processed by payment service providers. We may store payment status, transaction references, invoices, account balance, usage records, and related account records, but we do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our servers.

7. Sharing of Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate VoxTrans, such as hosting, storage, telecommunications, AI processing, speech recognition, translation, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, customer support, and security providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the platform.

You may contact us to request deletion of certain account information, subject to legal, security, billing, backup, and operational limits.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no online or telecommunications service can guarantee absolute security, and you should use strong passwords and protect access to your account and devices.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain personal information. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential communications where available. To make a request, contact us at cs@voxtrans.com.

11. Children's Privacy

VoxTrans is not intended for children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

12. International Use

If you access VoxTrans from outside the location where our systems or service providers operate, your information may be processed in other countries. By using the service, you understand that data protection rules may differ from those in your location.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
