Terms of Service

These terms explain how you may use the VoxTrans AI-powered browser-to-phone voice interpretation and live translation service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VoxTrans ("VoxTrans," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI-powered browser-to-phone voice interpretation and live translation service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. The Service

VoxTrans helps users place or manage browser-to-phone calls and receive AI-assisted voice interpretation, speech recognition, transcription, and translation during or after a call. The service may include account features, call history, live translation text, audio connection tools, paid usage, and customer support.

We may modify, improve, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including features, pricing, supported languages, phone regions, call availability, and usage rules.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of VoxTrans complies with applicable laws, call recording or consent rules, telecommunications requirements, and the rights of people participating in your calls.

4. Phone, Audio, and Call Use

To provide the service, VoxTrans may process target phone numbers, browser microphone audio, call status, call duration, call metadata, transcription text, translated text, and related technical information. You must only call numbers that you are legally permitted to contact.

You agree not to use VoxTrans for emergency calls, unlawful monitoring, harassment, spam, fraud, unauthorized recording, or any situation where a translation delay, connection issue, or transcription error could create immediate danger.

5. AI Translation Output

AI-generated speech recognition, transcription, interpretation, and translation may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or affected by background noise, accents, network conditions, language ambiguity, or third-party systems. VoxTrans does not guarantee perfect or legally reliable translation.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming important information before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, safety, immigration, business, or other high-impact matters.

6. User Content and License

"User Content" includes phone numbers, voice audio, transcripts, translated text, call notes, feedback, support messages, and any other content you submit, transmit, or create through the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use your User Content with VoxTrans.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, analyze, and display User Content as necessary to operate, provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use VoxTrans to violate laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, place abusive or unwanted calls, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, scrape or reverse engineer the platform, or submit illegal, harmful, deceptive, hateful, explicit, or otherwise abusive content.

8. Payments, Balance, and Refunds

Some features may require payment, prepaid balance, credits, a subscription, or other paid access. Prices, call rates, supported destinations, included features, and availability may change from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before completing a transaction.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by applicable law, paid usage, completed calls, consumed credits, and delivered services are not guaranteed to be refundable. Contact cs@voxtrans.com if you believe there is a billing error or service issue.

9. Intellectual Property

VoxTrans, including our website, software, interface, logos, designs, documentation, models, and service content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our platform or technology to you.

You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of names, numbers, audio, text, and other materials complies with applicable rights and permissions.

10. Service Availability

VoxTrans depends on browsers, microphones, networks, telecommunications providers, AI processing systems, and third-party services. The service may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, or limited due to maintenance, capacity, outages, regulatory restrictions, provider issues, or other factors.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, exact translation, complete transcripts, successful call connection, suitability for a specific purpose, or compliance with the requirements of any particular industry or jurisdiction.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxTrans will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, call content, or communication outcomes arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for VoxTrans or other users, failed to pay amounts due, abused calling features, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
